UK CLS55: Comfort / Sport setting not showing in IC - Unsolved
Hey guys, got one problem which no dealer has been able to solve yet (I’ve been to all the best ones):
When pressing the Comfort / Sport button on the centre console, sport mode appears to engage BUT the ‘Comfort’ / ‘Sport 1’ / ‘Sport 2’ message doesn’t appear in the instrument cluster anymore. It’s the same for the lift button that raises the car - works ok but nothing in the IC.
There are no error messages in the IC, and after spending over $7000 on replacing parts / checking everything possible since last summer, there are no longer any errors in STAR (I’ve almost got a new car!), but this one problem persists.
I had the CGW module replaced today by a dealer with STAR online (updating from Germany) and that didn’t fix it either. I believe it can only now be a coding issue, especially after looking at this post solved by changing the CGW settings:

Has anyone had this issue, or know how to code it back in please?
