Cup holder install - remove leather trim?
Installing new complete cup holder assembly. The leather trim surrounding shifter has me stuck. How much to remove and how?

I just replaced mine. Super easy. You don’t need to remove the leather trim at all. No tools needed:

I figured it out from that Mercedes Workshop Manuals site. Had to remove leather trim to access one of the three torx screws. Was a bit of a pain but worth it. Thanks for the reply!
