Some pictures from a carmeeting last saturday. I shot pictures with my new camerasetup. I sold the Panasonic Lumix G7 and bought back a trusted platform: Nikon D810 with my dream lens, the Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8.

Met up with @UncleBenz55 at the Nurburgring and shot some pictures together with his CLS500 to CLS55 conversion. Seems I was just in time, as it was sold not too long ago

Fabricated some ghetto air scoops as I didnt want the small W211 E-class scoops and adjusting them for W219 platform. I went to town with cardboard for mocking up and using simple aluminium plate for the final product. I didnt paint them, as I dont feel thats it needed. I can still make them black for the more stealth look, but for now I am keeping them silver.

My butt dyno says they are working. Pickup, especially when you already are making some speed, feels improved. Not bad for some time and some aluminium sheet (and fixing hardware)

Must be nice to live in a place where the air is cool.
Here the temperature has been over 38 Celsius multiple times over the past few weeks. I can't afford to lose any airflow through the radiator and AC condenser...
