Im such a tard. I just figured out that I have the voice command lever. I swear Ive never seen it there before. Its like it just grew out of the steering column yesterday....wierd. I then looked in my owners manual for more guidance but there isnt much. It says to refer to seperate instructions.

BTW COmmand had a seperate instruction manual, When I got mine from Steve he gave me a book as well
