The 2002 C32 has Gas Guzzler Tax and the 2002 E55 has none.

All Analog instruments have a degree of error. The governor probably kicks in after the limit has been reached. The speedo is also connected to the tranny and not some other speed reading instrument or sensor. Don't forget that your car is traveling at a great speed and once 155 is reached the car forward 'momentem' will take the car up 4 mph or so. Winds also have a factor.
