Just spoke to my dealer...
I just got off the phone with my dealer, he told me he has zero information regarding the 2003 C32 and he will not have the official options list until another month, atleast August. He said he has received no information whatsoever.
This means, if they don't even have the options list yet, this means my car probably wouldn't be built until late August or September, and I wouldn't see it until mabye October. I have heard of other people who are expecting their MY03 C32's to arrive early september and their dealers have already received all of the information from MB.
Does this sound right to everyone?

I find it hard to believe that your dealer does not have the information that you have requested
I just does not sound to swift on his part. I would e-mail MB directly

I called up MB today and they said the same thing. The offiicial 2003 information will not be out until the end of this month.
However, my salesperson does have some info on options and it seems that the only new option added is the bi-xenon headlights.

I just called up MBUSA and they told me the information has not been released yet aswell.

Having somewhat of the same problem here with my dealer. Our car was originally supposed to be a 2002 but they carried it over to 2003. According to the dealers information, it has been produced and is already at the Maryland port. It should arrive at the dealer (here in Jersey) by this weekend or early next week. Problems have arisen though as the dealer can not give us concrete numbers even though the car will be here in maybe 10 days, which is a problem for the company we do our financing with as they need to finalize things on their side as well. If the MBUSA does not release the pricing soon, our dealer has actually offered to sell us the car for the '02 pricing we agreed on and the dealer will pick up the difference (if any) between the 03 pricing. Kinda confusing... but I'm hoping the dealer straightens this out shortly.

I am going to assume that the only people who are currently receiving their C32's are the people who originally ordered 2002's but was carried over to a 2003. Am I right to assume this?

I guess you can assume that most of the first cars will be going to carried over 02 orders.. there are 3 of us at my dealer who were all carried over from 02 to 03. Do you know if there are people at your dealer that may have been carried over? If there are no carried over orders, and you are first on the list for an 03, I'd assume that you'd see your car before September.
I wish we wouldn't have to assume, cause assumptions can get us nowhere lol.

I specifically requested to purchase a 03 C32 and my salesperson said my build date would be in September. The first 03 C32s should start production in August though.
I'll probably be making a call to MB at the end of the month to see what are the new changes. By that time all the 03 C-class should go into production.
