Good price for a 2003 C32 with 1400mi?

Good price for a 2003 C32 with 1400mi?
I have asked this question on a couple of other boards with good feedback. I am looking for more. I am new to the forum. I always wanted a C32. My lease is up on my c240 tomorrow. I have found a 2003 c32 with 1400 miles. The car was purchased in 03/2004 so it has close to 3 years left on manufacturers war. and it is certified so it has another year and up to 100k. All in all should be under war. until 2009. The car is fully loaded. Nav, C4 lighting, rain sensor, power rear shade, cd changer, heated seats etc..
I managed to get the dealer down to 39k plus shipping. Carfax looks clean on it. Is this deal to good to be true? Should I be carefull? Any thought and opinions would be appreciated

looks like a good deal! i paid $37.5 for my 03 with 11k mi through a private party, incl nav, cd changer, etc. carfax isn't always accurate, ask to see all the maintainance records...any work done under warrantee should come up.

I am waiting on the fax of the maintainance record as we speak. Also waiting on pictures of the vehicle. I have the paperwork in hand. I told the sale manager that I just need the above documents and I will sign them and FedEx em back. Hope to have the car delivered by Monday.

Here are the pics ..... I would like to get the aluminum pedal and rear spoiler like the C55. Can anyone recomend a good website or local shop in DC metro area?
