Can't remember which thread I saw this on but I am looking for the custom AMG sticker to put on the inside window (lower passenger side) to replace the signature, "daimlerbenz product" sticker.

Does anyone remember this thread ot know what I am talking about?

AMG Window Sticker Part Number
I went to Ray Catena today to try to track down the part #. They couldn't help.

Does anyone know what part number the AMG window sticker is????

The sticker matches my hood emblem and I want to purchase.

Quote: where can i get an amg one?

scovit & FrankW, try the AMG Owners Club.
Perhaps someone there knows. Or if you can contact Affalterbach directly, as an AMG owner, you can ask for the Part # on the sticker itself:

HWA 201 817 0301

if you're not an AMG owner, do not even bother. They will not talk to you.

Here are close up pics of the official AMG windshield decal -

Went to the dealer today, (in-between work) and they were having trouble pinning down this part number. They called MB parts directly and got forwarded over to AMG parts. then had to fax a pic of the sticker....still no luck.....Apparently it doesn't exist.....that is, and this is my speculation.....here in the states. We'll see.

What I like about this sticker is that it matches my custom hood emblem, otherwise why bother??

the problem with the eBay one, is that it is a FAKE. Made of vinyl in silver color.

here are pics:

the part # will not show up on MBUSA EPC. This is a AMG factory (Affalterbach) item only.

Like I said, if you don't own an AMG, (no AMG VIN #), the rude German lady will just hang up on you.

the sticker itself costs about 1 EURO.
From what I know, you can only get it in Affalterbach.
No, I don't have phone #. If in Germany, you can look them up in the phone-book.
That's what I did.
