Hmmm, I definitely never got an order for green filters by that name or in Orlando. When you went to check out, did you see the confirmation page and then click finalize order? Also did you get a receipt emailed to you? normally it comes within 5 minutes after its ordered. If you didnt get that, go ahead and purchase it again, you were not charged so try it again, you may forgot to click finalize order.

You can order 1 filter for the C55 if you want, not sure what you will do with 1 since the C55 takes 2 filters though.
