How about some data?
Pictures?
Dyno graphs?
Having played with both AMG and Kleemann cars, we do a number of Kleemann installs a year, I must say that I like their set-up a lot better than AMG. From stand point of performance and efficiency (HP per lbs. of boost).
So which kompressor does Renntech use for their low-boost kits?
How much boost are they running?
What kind of intercooling is used?
Why is it only for low-boost applications and not high-boost ones?
These are all legitemate questions that anyone looking to supercharge their MB is going to ask.

I'm going to work my side and let's see if we can get C&D or R&T to cover this shootout!
That will be awesome! I can already see the cover:
Battle of the aftermarket tunners!
Renntech vs Kleemann (our cars on the cover side by side)
Sweeeeeeet!

A few answers...
Renntech Kompressor is made by the same company that makes the AMG, we run 7 lbs of boost , the intercooler is a water to type, but since the exchanger is on top of the supercharger it runs more efficiently.
As to why we it is not a high boost model, it would have to be larger in capacity to do the high boost. We also determined that to do a high boost the cost would more than double do to the internal engine modifications that would be necessary.
If you need more info, let me know.

Benny:
Here is what I read from your answer.
What you have is basically an AMG E/SL/S/G/S/CLK/CL55 setup. Renntech simply ordered and installed AMG parts from their supplier from Germany.
Since AMG kompressor cars have stronger internals, i.e. forged crank, pistons, higher capacity oiling system and most importantly 9:1 CR - you are limited to 7 psi of boost. It is not due to kompressor size. AMG kompressor is 2.2L and is actually slightly bigger than Kleemann. What keeps it from making more efficient power is an intercooler design.
Now, AMGs run almost 12 psi and put down 420RWHP, my guess with 7 psi you are around 375RWHP. With headers and exhaust you should be close to low 400 RWHP.
If you have a chance get it to a Dynojet, it would be fun to see what it actually makes.

Those A-pillar gauges are nicely done. Only thing I don't like about the gauges are the lighting. I prefer reverse EL lighting since it illuminates more closely to the dashboard. I bought mine from Speedhut and at night it looks like this.
