I can tell you it doesnt work. A local news station went and tested 3 different products that were suppose "increase" your gas mileage (one was the turbonater) and guess what, not a single one worked. And they were all tested the same, at Firebird Int raceway. All driven the same over the same course, same speeds etc... not a single one worked, so I would say dont waste your money!

The clue to this scam is that they will give you your money back. How many people do you really think will return it? Thats how they make their money.
In New South Wales (Australia) The state government has offered a refund cashback on tolls paid for using the motorways for years. Why isn't it just free to drive on these roads> Because not everyone claims their refunds and hence they make a profit - another scam except this one is being run by a Government!
