Finally had a chance to take a couple pics.
Hey all, just wanted to share the new add-ons…
DPE R07 VS rivet less, silver powder coat, polished lip
19x8 19x10
235/35/19 265/30/19 PS2
Rubbing? Yup, slightly at the rear fenders but fixable with a quick shaving. (on to do list)
Ride comfort? Really nothing too drastically different at all…slightly bumpier. I personally like it better.
Handling grip? Crazy fun!

With tires mounted, they each ended up being 5lb heavier up front and 10lb on the rear compared to the stockers…Boooo.

I noticed in your picture gallery that you have a picture of your car lowered on the stock 18s. What was the ride like with the stock 18 in wheels after the drop?
Is there any reason why you chose 19 x 8 instead of 19 x 8.5 for the front wheels?
Also, how big is the rear lip? I love the way it looks from the angle shot.

Thanks for the info! I am waiting until spring to lower the car and buy wheels because of the snow.
Keep us informed about tires if you do switch.

Go do it!Good question on the front wheel size. DPE don’t sell half sizes unless you make a special order to. Just recently found out that I’m actually rubbing up front somewhere. I heard farting up front while backing out of a parking spot and it wasn’t me. The rubbing is so minute…I’m not too worried about it as much as my rears right now. I’ll search for marks (skid marks…hahaha
) next time I pop the wheels off. 8.5 would probable be worse unless you buy tires with a rounder sidewall edge. How big is the rear lip? Haven’t actually measured it. But dude… it’s pretty BIG! Let me know if you really want me to measure it.
