C32 AMG, C55 AMG (W203) 2001 - 2007

2002 C32 AMG K
SL55 Splitter

OK guys, I need some help. I just had the Kleeman Pulleys and ECU upgrade installed on my C32 and the change is incredible I see that others have installed an SL55 splitter and do not know exactly what it does. I presume it helps with air flow to the engine, but does it bolt right on or require customization? Also, how much hp increase could I expect? Thanks for any help.

2013 C63 AMG P31, 2014 GMC Sierra (6.2)
From what I've seen some are doing the Y-splitter only--worth 2-3hp?? or the full conversion(Airbox, hoses, Y-Splitter) worth about 10hp??
With just the SL55 Y-pipe you get extra air volume at the intake region I believe.

yes the hoses are a lot larger from the air filter box to the intake of the supercharger (like they barely fit)...

very interested to hear about the kleemann upgrades - please tell us more when you have time. as far as intake such as splitter, airboxes, that kinda stuff - i' under the assumption that it's more fore throttle response than peak hp power
