Does anyone have the factory installed sirius? How much did you pay? My MB dealer quoted $700 in parts (the integration kit) and $600 in labor? Does that sound right?

in order to use the factory d2b Sirius tuner in a C class, you need a 2004 C class comand. The MOST based tuner is for 2005 and later cars.

I bought the sportster today and hooked it up using the aux jack. Mounted the atenna inside the car on the dash and the reception is crystal clear. I wanted to just do the factory install but they said they'll have to mount it on the trunk, screw that.

that kind of pisses me off. the guys at circuit city said the reception would be horrible if i put the antenna inside the car. so i had mine painted at put it on just ahead of the command attenna. it doesn't look bad. however, my reception still pops in and out here and there.

where did you put our radio? i put mine in the ash tray area, so that i could close it off

how much did you Kleemann engine upgrades run you? sounds like your car is a monster! did it kill your warranty?
