There are a lot of those here. I think you can have the dealer put the AMG badge on but I also see some really cheap looking AMG badges too.

There's more and more posers every day. I see mostly S600's w/the AMG badge, but also CLK500 are common. As far as I know, they're putting them on at the dealer on certain cars w/ AMG packages.

AMG is just another tuner just like brabus or lorinser or kleeman. This issue has been debated before many many many times..... I think if cars that have any AMG upgrades such as wheels, body kit, brakes etc..etc.... can add the AMG logo. I mean most cars come with AMG rims. Do you expect them to scratch off the etching because its not an AMG car?.... As long as they dont rebadge the S500 for example to an S55 or something to that matter, I think its perfectly fine.... Again just my opinion....
