Before passing on this - I would consider the benefit (this setup) vs. the cost against the bluetooth option. At the current bid of $200 - it's a bargain. Intallation is pretty simple, time consuming though, and a few minutes with a DAS computer will setup the ring.
I had the MB phone option in my 03 C240, and now in my 05 C55. Nothing beats docking your phone (in my case a Moto V710), having it kept charged, keypad dialing, full steering wheel control, plus great signal strength through the integrated vehicle antenna. PLUS, this system can incorporate push-to-talk (PTT) which was dropped in 05+ c-class cars.
The microphones work extremely well, and having the sound come through the front stereo speakers can't be beat. Another side benefit is you can have your stereo cranked, and you won't miss a call because you can't hear your cell, plus if you're listening to a cd, it pauses the song for you.
