C32
Just checking in....
I just purchased a 2003 C32 that I get to pick up on Thursday morning. Found it on eBay and it was local, so the deal went down locally. It's Starmarked - 100k mile warranty so no mods for me
I'm moving into it from a highly modified 365hp WRX. The C32 is not as fast as the WRX, but it makes up for it in other ways.
I've been a very active member of the Impreza forums so I'll likely be fairly active here. Just thought I'd introduce myself![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Funny...
I also have been on nasioc.com and i-club.com for several years (JohnW). I still have my 'heavily modified' WRX Wagon.
In cold weather, the WRX definitely still feels faster than my C55...

I had an 02 WRX with ECUtek, fmic, PE1820 etc... was a pretty damn fast car, and drove like it was on rails (lowered, dog bone, f/r sway bars etc...). I still regret getting rid of it

The C32, on the other hand, is quick but comfy. It's sporty enough to fill that need and it also pays off on all my other tactile desires.
I'll miss the WRX for sure. It's a kick in the pants. But the C makes up for it in other ways

For the benefit of all the other Rex enthusiasts here:

Mods: I'll just say Stage IV to keep it simple. VF30 is the turbo. Makes 291whp/290wtq @ just over 17psi.
I look forward to learning a ton about my C32!

WRX Wagon = Kleemann upgrade
I'm going to try my best to keep the WRX for track events. Only thing I need is a roll cage.
Passengers definitely take a pounding in my WRX... wife doesn't even want to get in since it gives her a workout just sitting in it.
here is pic of my wrx in the background.
