whoa 420rwhp is a lot for c32. that's like 110-130rwhp gain! what's included in evo III, is it running 190mm pullies or is it evo II plus cooling? any headwork, throttle body work, manifold or induction work?

I think stage 3/evoIII would include camshafts along with the evoII mods.

it has not been released yet. people in taiwan has been running 190mm pulley though. they are pushing around that area of HP. but i think evosport is still testing on how the relieability of it.

wow 190mm pulley - is this a prototype evosport version or another company's 190mm pulley that is being used in taiwan. i would guess that even if 190mm is too much, there would be other potential ways to free up some power, such as port and valve work, throttle body, intake manifold mods? just a speculation.

This is great info guys, please keep it coming. I am a novice when it comes to engines mods, but discussions like this really help me to understand.

I would love to get the EVOII upgrade, but my warranty is in effect until 2007 so I will hold off for now. I've only had my car since Aug 05 so I am still loving the 349HP (my previous car was a BMW 328i at roughly 210HP). I can't imagine what 435HP would feel like in this car!

I think he said 420 rwhp. That means 420/0.83 = 506 hp at crank.
Thats a gain of 157 crank hp over stock C32.

EVOIII - EVOII plus:

1. SL55 airboxes
2. 190 mm ODPS (new crank and water pump pulleys)
3. Bigger Intercooler pump
4. Secondary cats bypass pipes
5. Bigger Kompressor Discharge splitter
6. Modified Surge Tanks
7. Phenolic Spacers for surge tanks and kompressor
8. New DME tuning

190 mm crank pulley was too much for the kompressor to handle. Kompressor clutch eventually started to slip.

With 190 mm maximum boost is 24.5 psi in the 4th gear. Stock MAP sensor can only read to 22 psi. So at 120 mph, at sea level, once MAP sensor reaches 22 psi, it throws CE light and sometimes goes into limp mode. Smaller crank pulley is needed.

I am no longer at evosport, I am now doing freelance product design.
183 mm crank pulley is going to be tested shortly and I would like to release EVOIII. With lower boost I am expecting around 390 RWHP (470HP). Kit will be available through evosport.

If you are interested please PM me.

WOW!!! vadim, didn't know you dont work at evosport anymore. sad to see you go. =( i am definetly interested in the stage III.

people in taiwan are acutally using the SL55 intakes on C32 along with the SL55 splitter. they are getting great results. i was going to get it, but decided to wait until later.
