There's a $600 price increase. And their pics still dont have the new headlight assembly (still the old pics!).

The website is not 100% ready, the text are all over the place. Whoever is writing the site should get fired....hahahaha!!!

John, the power rear sunshde is a $450 option on the "Build your own" page!!!! Happy? :p

Apparently the C-Class is the only section of the site that has been updated. Every other section has nothing new.

Unhappy MY2003 Downgrade Options

I just picked up a brochure at the dealer and checked out the website. Those of us who are waiting for the C32s to come in will notice that not only has the price has gone up slightly, but we have also been "decontented" by M-B. Yes, you can still pay $400 for a rear sunshade, but what the site doesn't tell you is how much it will cost to get the now optional Teleaide and autodimming rearview mirrows that used to be standard--probably the equivalent of another $1200-1500 increase in price. Well-- at least we have a spare tire this year.

And, since I ordered the car, my back is hurting a bit and I sure would have loved those multicontour seats that are now not going to be available on the C32. I'm not a big fan of the dark and dreary interior design of the C32 either, since we get no interior choices except dark charcoal or dark charcoal with dark blue or dark merlot.

Yes, the C32 is like no other so we all accept these downgrades. But when does it stop? Note that in many other countries than the USA, a buyer can actually configure their own car from a long list of options. Why doesn't M-B trust us to do this? We are after all one of their larger markets. Instead we get rigid pre-made packages on a take or leave it basis. But what do I know?-- I'm only a consumer who's about to shell out more than $50,000...

Well said. It does seem that MB ties one's hand when it comes to actually getting the car that one desires. I think it should be, build your own, as long as the appropiate country's specs are met

Curious, since bi-Xenon is an option does Xenon come standard?

Why do they have the factory glove box CD option as $400 and the Accessory Section list the glove box CD as $775. Thanks.

Kev, Xenon's have been replaced with Bi-Xenons. It's either Bi-Xenon or just the normal headlights.

The factory glove box CD option is $400, and MBUSA.com has not updated this item .
