sorry guys thats not what the new m3 is gonna look like. I used to have an m3 and surfed the bmw boards and that picture has been around for about 2 years.

That picture comes up quite often here... i doubt it will look like that. imho, the new 3 series looks like poo. i really like the e46. I don't know which i'd rather have.. a w203 or an e46

I prefer the look of new Z4-M coupe over the new M3.

The pic below is the Z4 coupe. Z4-M coupe got M badges.

I have universally loved the style and design of every BMW that's come down the line since 1985 or so until about 2001. Now I pretty much universally hate them all. Great cars, and a real drivers-car, but ugly as all get-out. Even the new M5 is just hideous. I really hate it. I have great respect for their performance, but I wouldn't let one drive my corpse to the marble-orchard. I'm so glad that Mercedes and Audi are out there. The Audis are treading dangerously close, but the only thing I find VERY ugly is that new grill design they're going with. Trainwreck.
