The car is Silver

It has 3,400 miles on it and is perfect.
Sticker was over $56,000. I paid over $60,000 out the door for this vehicle.
I only want $53,000.

Last I heard a sticker price on a C32 AMG of $56,000 definitely comes out to over $60,000 when all is said and done.
$56,000 for the car
around 6% sales tax depends on your state. $3,360
lux tax around $750
We are already over $60,000.....
Not to mention other fee's such as registration and add on's like a CD changer that is another $1,000 installed.
I think $53,000 is a steal!

I suppose it varies by state, but in most states (in California, for sure), the buyer of that car is going to have to pay sales tax, too.
So, in California, if you bought that car for $53,000, be sure to add in around $4200 (roughly 8%) you will owe the DMV when you register it. So, $57,200.
If the car stickered at $56,000, a sale at $53,000 would be a 2.8% (roughly) discount, on a car that has 3400 miles on it. The car depreciated more than that the second it left the dealer's lot!
A steal? I don't think so. I think most would rather spend an extra 2.8% for a brand spanking new car.

in some areas there is still a big wait for the car, so a small discount may be attractive considering they can have the car very fast....
however who knows how hard that 3k in miles were

A C32 is $49,900 + 645(destination) + $1000(Gas Guzzler Tax) +$640(Metalllic paint)=$52,185...the question is what options are on the car, without this info the sale price is moot...plus, as was stated, you'll owe sales tax at the DMV when registering the car. IMHO, I'd want to know WHY the car is for sale.
