Sadly, I am selling my 2003 C32 due to the recent addition to our family. It has 43,000 mi. and has been pampered. It has all factory options that I am aware of, and the Mercedes certified warranty until 100,000 mi. (in addition to bumper-bumper warranty and regularly scheduled maintenance until 50,000 mi.) It is silver w/ black leather interior - both of which are near perfect. All service done @ dealer, and I have records since my ownership. I am the second owner. I am in the Central Florida area. $32,900.
