2006 C55 - Black
Thinking about selling my c55 baby
I have a 2006 c55 black on black with every option it could come with, even the nice dark wood trim. (Nav, Xenons, cd changer, sunshade, etc, etc)
Well, I may have to end up selling it to create cash flow for a bigger house.
The car is pristine and only has 2,000 miles on it. I can't find any sort of reference as to how much I can expect to get for it.
Any ideas on what I should expect to be able to private party the car for?
I live in San Jose, CA. The car's sticker was $59,500 I believe.

Just driving off the lot I'm sure you lost at least $5K. Maybe start the price at $54-55K and expect to get $52-53K for it? A house is more important than a car, but that really sucks you have to sell it. Hopefully you can get another one in the future when cash flow is better...

Unfortunately that is probably the worst time to sell a car. 2K miles is nothing but you will probably take a hit for at least 6-8 K off list.
As a reference, mine was brand new with a sticker of just under 60K and the dealer knocked off a little over 2K.
The depreciation is extremely steep the first year, then it slows down a bit.
