Do you have a compass in your 05 c55 NAV?

2005 C55 AMG, 2002 X5 4.4i
Do you have a compass in your 05 c55 NAV?
Maybe I did not notice it before but after dealer replaced my NAV, I have this compass shows under NAV function. On split screen, one side shows front tire direction and compass on other. And plays MP3.
