Just for you 411, I was reading a while back that the Ford SC Intercooler Pump employed in the Ford Lightning is the same - requires the electrical connector to be modified. Do a search on the forum, it was a cheap fix versus the $tealer$hip.

Just ran the car in 105 degree weather for extended full throttle runs the whole day at the track. Nology software charted intake air temps no higher than 172 degrees with an average in the 130's. My bespoke heat exchanger is four times larger than stock as well as the plumbing diameter increased into and out of the aftercooler. Back to the shop for final development as prototypes are working efficiently.

'03's and above shut off at 200 degrees, 02's at 250. My car shut down consistantly at 200 every 10 to 15 minutes of extended hard full throttle driving even in 70 - 80 degree outdoor air temps. In colder weather at 60 degrees, with the new mods, the car ran consistantly at 110 degrees and on similar days, never exceeded 130 peak. Another sixty days I believe till almost done. We keep you guys posted.
