Face the engine. Look to the right of the oil filter canister and under right-side fresh air intake tube.

Is there an easy method of moving/removing the intake tube to get to the res?

The tube should pull right off the intake on the front of the car, much like the exhaust hose for a clothes dryer. There's probably a tab (or tabs) that need to be pushed in to get the tube to come out. The tabs will be obvious. You can then move the tube to the side to add fluid.

By the way, if you're having to add a lot of fluid, it means you have either an external, or worse, an internal leak in your PS rack, pump, or lines.

Look for obvious signs of a leak by removing the plastic pan under your engine bay. Get it fixed ASAP if it's leaking. You do not want to buy a new PS rack.
