boot lighting bulb dies frequently
the little bulb when lit up when the boot is opened went dead again, for the third time in a month, 
the local dealer has been very nice giving me free bulb+installation.. i don;t think they'd be so nice for the 4th time in a month though...Do you experience the same problem? how do you guys fixed it, or simply ignore it?

There is a technical service bulletin about the wiring harness in the trunk (boot) for the W203 tail lights, but I'm not sure if the trunk light is powered via the same harness.
I would check the bulb mounting location for signs of corrosion. If you find any, use a Dremel tool or some sandpaper to remove all signs of it. Wipe it down with acetone, including the the base of the bulb. Let the acetone dry and reinsert.
Corrorsion increases resistance & heat, killing the bulb filament early.
Make sure the bulb fits snugly in its mount. Movement of the bulb can also cause it to burn out.
