Here is the latest:

Engine:

1. I am back to stock crank pulley to test Stage I intercooler (IC) upgrade this week. The ODPS will go back on for the same test with IC upgrade, along with colder plugs. The ODPS pulleys are in production and I will have two more C32s test them before release in 6-8 weeks.

2. After this, new intake manifold and headers will be prototyped and tested. Expect production in 8-10 weeks.

3. The air box prototype is running on my car right now. We have three options on material to make it out of. Aluminum, Carbon Fiber or Molded Plastic. Out these three CF is obviously the most expensive and takea longer to make. Please give your feedback. On stock car expect 7-10HP, more with other mods.

4. I had a set of 1mm larger stainless steel valves made to be tested later.

5. Kleemann is working on Stage II upgrade of IC core. The promise is for late in the year.

Suspension:

1. Anti-Sway Bar Kit (ASBK) will be ready this Friday. Please use this link

My C32 has H&R springs and ASBK, along with 18x8 and 18x9, if you are in So.Cal, you are welcome to come by and test drive the car.

2. Wheels. The rear Michelins finally were gone at 12K miles, so I now have a set of 18x8 and 18x9 Forza's and S-03 225 on the front 255 on the back. Front wheel and tire went up 9 lbs. rear 11 lbs. Not a bad trade-off, car is a lot more surefooted now. I will post some pixs and more info in a separate post later.

3. Kleemann suspension is next on the test schedule.

Drivetrain:

1. We are talking with Quaife about making ATB differential. I will post more details later.

Vadim, nice to see your efforts are paying off.


Tell us about the adjustability of the ASBs when you get a chance.

Are you pleased with the intercooler mods and cooler plugs combo? I have been making some IAT measurements, the weather is pretty hot this summer. It is pretty easy to tell how the IC heatsoaks and less power is delivered as the stock unit heats up. With a better pulley the IC will have even more demand on its effectiveness.

...Just to let you know the Pulley Kit & Hi Flow Manifold is doing wonders to the car Keep me updated regarding the headers and perhaps the air box. Also regards to Josh...he did a fine job!!!

BTW: Next time around I would like to ride shotgun in that C32 of yours
