I test drove it today and was quite disappointed. Just like BMW it's too engaging all the time and not very comfortable for my back. Boy am I getting older or I like the relaxed feeling of AMG most of the time and power when i need the most. I wasn't that impressed with the cornering given that I love to run 50+ on 15-20 mile turn. AMG does fine as well on that. Don't care if porche can do better on race track but for daily/street driving no one can beat C55. Boy never thought i'd ever be bragging about my 4 seater sedan when all I drove is a roadster (BMW z3)

Well I've only driven the Boxter S (the new one I suppose), but I think I know what you mean...
It's the same reason I choose the C55 over the M3 and M Roadster...I could did not think I could stand driving those things EVERYDAY. I mean the C55 is not as rock steady as the ML was on the road, but it is very tolerable.

I don't know, I love the Cayman S! Not that I don't like the C55, but for the money, I'd prefer more of a sports car than a luxury cruiser. Give me the less expensive 911
