Is this a good price for an 03 32?
I'm looking at on 2003 C32.. it's got 26,000 miles and xenon headlights. It has 12 months of warranty left. Nothing else? They want $28,500 (down from 30)... what do you guys think?

What kind of condition is the car in? Any accidents or mechanical problems, clean title?? I would say that's a pretty good price. That's pretty low mileage for an 03, plus you still have a year left on the warranty. I have recently looked up Blue book and Edmunds value's for an 03 C32, b/c i have recently purchased a used C32 as well, and 28,500 seems like a steal to me. Just take advantage of the warranty, as AMG parts are expensive to replace. Just took my C32 to the dealer, b/c of the dreaded intercooler/fuel pump problem, but it's covered under warranty. Maybe look into an extended warranty, if it's only got a year left.

I am guessing that you're buying it from a private owner, make sure that the warranty is transferable. The price is really good if there's nothing wrong with the car and yes do consider an extended warranty.

update
Just to update you guys, I bought the car.. I got it for 27,500. It was from a dealer in NJ, and the warranty is good. In fact, I already had the dealer change the headrest motor and some some pump (air injection or something like that). I love the car and I'm so glad I bought it. I'm researching on extended warranties now.
