The K40 is an ovepriced POS that has average radar detection and it can't jam a single laser gun on the market today according to the latest independent testing. People with expensive cars just think that something that is $2000 should be the best but it's not by a longshot. The best radar detectors are made by Valentine Research, Beltronics, and Escort....everything else is just average or worse.
