Xray/MRI to be done on right shoulder next week. Can't lift arm above my past 180 deg. Possible torn rotator cuff...Lower back so stiff I can't get out of bed without grabbing bed post. Xrays to lower back and neck shows trauma and compressed discs. Can't do sit-ups anymore or go to the gymn.
Auto repair not covered by Insurance currently over $5K and counting. Car is still at the Body Shop. Been in a rental for 27 days and counting...

For an intelligent person you sure have made some indiscretional posts in this thread and other threads you have posted where possible litigation could have perhaps served in your favor.

PS: get rid of that car and just by an E55k. Your stubborness is just gonna screw you royally with tons of change out of pocket. This will only further prove the sadistic approach you have been taking if you don't just get rid of this car!
