I have 2002 c240, does anyone knows if I can put supercharger from c32 on my engine?
If it’s possible what else I have to replace?

 

Sorry, apples vs. oranges. In order to put the C32 in your car, you will need to purchase a C32 motor.

theres someone in the forum that had a brabus supercharger in his '02 c240 but money over hp gain ratio is not worth it.

i have a '02 c240 6spd as well.

just do the basic upgrade: chip, air filter, spark plugs and spark plug wire and exhaust and simple cosmetics.

 

Before you do something like this, consider the value of your C230, then add the cost of the supercharger + install, and see how close that gets you to the price of a C32.

 

a s/c'ed 240 would make a nice sleeper.

imagine getting smoked by a 240 in a 350 or 280

Im currently doing this right now, youll need to either source or cut your timing cover to fit it, id recommend new cams because the NA cams have too much overlap. Youll need all of the 6 rib pulley accessories as well as the 32s water pump/power steering. You need the low compression pistons or cut ones since they are hard to find, MSC has a set for about 2200. Obviously the supercharger, I recommend getting the ecu with it, the wiring harness as well. Then you need to figure out cooling, all in all its probably definitely cheaper to buy a 32 motor but its possible on the 240.

 

I'm sure the original poster from 2006 with a post count of 1 will take all this advise to heart. lol.
