Another benefit to using Kleeman or Renntech (or any other well-known tuner) is that the car should at least hold its value, and you may even gain back some piece of your investment. Of course, that will put you over the $2,000 budget.
Also, if you're going into the 400HP arena, you are going to wish you had a limited slip differential (search LSD here), which will set you back $1,600 for the parts, and a few hundred more for labor. Modding MBs is not cheap.

WHERE CAN U GET THE ASP PULLEYS FOR $800 AND THE SPRINT BOOSTER FOR $250? I SEEN ASP PULLEYS FOR OVER 900 AND THEE SPRINT BOOSTER FOR 300+. 250 WAS THE GROUP BUY. THE OTHER TWO I AM THERE.
