bodyshop that's recommanded by the dealership. whoever rear ended you's insurance's gonna pay for it no reason to go to a cheap shop.

I Say The Same Thing.............insurance Paying So Why Go Cheap Unless U R Looking To Cut Down Ur Part.

if you're hurt in any way, like sore neck/back, i would recommend getting a lawyer. they'll sort out all the property damage portion of your claim (like car repairs, rental car, misc.) and also take care of the bodily injury portion of your claim.
