I would like to resuscitate this thread to consider another option. How would you guys think the C320 transmission would cope with the extra torque of the C32 engine in order to avoid changing the TCU and keep it original. I know the C320 wouldn't have the same number of friction disks, but should it be able to handle the extra 100 torques ?
- Would dropping the C32 engine and ECU be a suitable quick mod shortcutting the transmission/Tcu swap?
- Also No one talked about the C320/C240 Final drive ratios on the 4Matic cars, are they the same as RWD cars (3.46/3.27)?
