thanks...i will hopefully get around to this in the next week or so, i just got done with another project and work is keeping me very busy right now...but i will order all the parts i need at the beginning of next week

i wonder if having aftermarket pullies would cause the berings to fail? so far I have only read people with Mods that have this problem. maybe I'm wrong

that could be true...
but I have searched the E55 forums.. and some members had their entire clutch replaced as well, due to the bearings.
So.. i think it is just a common problem for any kompressor engine...
the percentages above are real representation of the reliability of these cars.
it is not that bad, but definately not lexus quality.
