2008 M3 SEDAN, anyone?

just curious to see if any of u C32/C55 would get the new E90 M3 sedan when it comes out?

here's a PS of how it should look. i have to say i was considering to get the M3 coupe but that PS is changing my mind to get the sedan instead.

the sedan looks more balance and aggressive than the coupe IMO, especially from the rear view.

Nice photoshop work I think that is a little more ricey than what BMW would actually build tho. I also doubt you'll ever see an M3 sedan again. First, it would steal sales from the 550i and M5. Second, the M3 sedan wasn't popular in Europe -- though it outsold the M3 coupe in the U.S. (at the expense of the then 540i).

If it would look anything like the pic, I'd get it in a heartbeat. IMO, the 4 door 3 series is the only BMW I like...add the M and I'm sold

The 4 door M3 sedan WILL BE A REALITY, with a debut sometime in 2008. And yes, it would be on my short list of cars to replace my C55 in 2009/2010.

Looks awesome. I agree with PC_Valkyrie.... I will definitely consider an M3 sedan when I look to replace my C32 in a few years.

However, for the $23K I spent on my C32 it will be difficult to justify what will be a VERY LARGE price tag (~ 2-3 times the price of a used C32) for the new M3.

the primary reason for me to choose my C32 was the lack of a 4 dr M3. I don't believe the pics are official and I also believe the "add-ons" will be more subtle.

Except there's nothing "kinda" about it; IMO it's entirely too ricey. Slap some Honda badges on it while they're at it?

Of course those pics of not "official" BMW pics. They are "spy" pics of a real car in development by BMW. The quad exhaust hints that it will be an M3 sedan. Futhermore, there are many sources quoting the same thing: that a 4 door M3 sedan will be produced. Whether it will be sold in North America is the question.

If you've seen the M3 Concept Car at Geneva, the production M3 will not be subtle.

Hate to say it but I would jump on that way before a C63. I personally love the look of that concept. Stand out just enough and has a blend of class and "rice"..which I don't mind.

I didn't see it in person, but I saw pics of it. They look subtle to me.

i dont think its that ricey at all, if the 4d would look like that, and i were in the market for a new car, thatd be a first option, the aggressiveness of that concept kit is awesome, i would have never bought the c class without the amg kit and same goes for a 3 series, to me the reg. 3 series didnt compare to the c class as far styling, thas why i went for the C. the reg body of the 3 series is too bland and has no "flare" IMO.

Looks amazing! And I don't know what people are talking about regarding "A Fantasy" or "BMW will never", no BMW is, and it's not a fantasy, it's the real thing. And yes, it is coming to America.

It won't take a DAMN sale away from the M5. The M5 is priced at $80,000 - like an E63; that's miles apart for the $50,000 that the M3 or C55 will/was sold at. They are in a completely different market. The 550i Sedan will certainly still exist, it's a completely different type of car - it's a bigger car; it's a more luxurious car. I mean what you're saying is that there's no point of the C55 because then nobody will be the E500...

Guess Audi are dumb too to make the A6 and RS4.

Oddly enough for the first time in history, I think I like the BMW interior better than the Mercedes-Benz one. I just H.A.T.E. the steering wheel of the new C-Class, it's horrible. It's like a spaceship. Also, the NAV looks flimsy! As if it'll fall back/forward if you brake hard. I don't know, maybe I need to sit inside first.

The W203 C-Class was finally catching up to the 3-Series/M3, but I think they just took a huge step backwards in some of the designing - especially on the interior because the exterior isn't so bad anymore, I'm starting to like it. First thing I would do is replace the C63 steering with the C55 one!
