I'll chime in for fun. I love the looks of the Audi and was dead set on buying an RS4. The first dealer I went to didn't have an RS4 and said lets go drive an S4 I have to say, it was one of the worst cars I've ever driven. It feels very under powered and definitely does not feel anything like a $50k car should. I did finally drive the RS4 and wasn't impressed with it either. I felt like I was driving a bone stock evo. I ended up buying the C55 and love it. I'm sure the BMW is very nice, but can't comment on it because I haven't driven one. So, to make this short I'd get either the C55 or 335. I've heard great things about the 335 by the way.

+1

Can't go wrong with AMG or S or M. If you live where it's cold/wet then get the S4 for sure. In the dry the C55 is a little faster in a straightline while in the twisties they are pretty evenly matched with the S4 a hair ahead. Interior and exhaust note on Audi is superior, btw.

I'm a BMW guy but just don't like the 335.

You have quite a way with words!

I know the RS4 is off topic but I must say that it has finally usurped my M3 as the best and most aggressive looking car in the class.

The, whhel arches, dual exhausts and huge 8-pot brakes are just ridiculously immense.
