Brabus Springs / Sway Bar

Hey guys,
i'm looking into getting the Brabus Sway bars for sure, so i was wondering if u can tell me where i can get them and how much are they.

the Springs are a maybe depending on if they are or not better then the AMG springs and if they will bring the front end of my car down a bit or not? i just want the car to sit a little lower from the front. so if the springs can do that then for sure i will get them too. but if they cat then i wont, oo and another question is are the Springs stiffer then the AMG's ?

I'm sure there are other sources but a new online seller is GmbH Motorsports.

A couple of the sponsors probably sell them. I can give you the email address of a guy that quoted me for the Brabus sway bars. I actually just picked up a set of eibach sway bars cheap so when with those instead. The quote was in the $550 range shipped. He can get anything Brabus.

I have a full Brabus suspension, springs and shocks. It's a pretty nice set up. About 1 1/2 inch drop. It's still a very comfortable ride for daily driving.

Pm me if you want info, or have questions..

Also a general question to anyone: how much do sway bars actually help in terms of handling?

from the research i have done i have been told that the Brabus sway bars are the same as the AMG sway bars so i dont think it worth getting.

I'm not to sure about the springs, if springs alone drop the car from the front an inch$half then for sure i'm going to get the springs.

Maybe it was only 1 1/4.. I have many pics of my car with the original 17's and with my 18's so you can see the drop.

your car looks sweet
just the springs would drop the car 1 1/4 ? does ur car handle better now? is the ride stiffer?

Yes, all of the above.. Handles better, ride is stiffer, less roll, and you only need the springs for the drop, but I think the shocks are a little stiffer than amg..

if you are going with Brabus, go with the whole setup like Mark does. Other wise, you are better with the Eibach or H&R. OR the best if you can get a set of RENNtech springs for cheap.

i want to do this more for performance, a little for looks. for that reason is it not better to go with brabus springs vs the h&R or renntech?
do u know how much does the full brabus setup costs? vs how much does just the springs cost.

I've got the Brabus swaybars on my car. Best purchase I've ever made. Granted, I got them used from another member on this forum.

Thing is, for a brand new set of swaybars...it costs an arm and a leg for the Brabus swaybars. We're talkin' in the 800's, from what I remember Brabus NA quoting me (prior to CES taking over the Brabus NA operations). I'd suggest going with the H&R's or Eibach if you don't want to spend that much.

full Brabus setup is around $900. you can spend a little more for a coilover system.

i'm not really that found of coil overs, and i just want the ride to be a little stiffer and i think the springs will do the trick for me. and the bonus to getting the springs it will bring the front end of my car a little lower. and it would be perfect.

You should probably go with Renntech springs then.. The Brabus sway bars are not the same as the AMG.. They are adjustable, thicker and stiffer..

Yup. 26/24 (I think, from what I remember) vs. the AMG which are 22 / 19 (I think).

Depends on what you want. C55 springs will probably get you a lower ride height and preserve most of the ride quality. Brabus or other springs will drop the car a bit more, and be stiffer. You want looks or performance?

Whoever told you that didn't do their research. Brabus are the thickest swaybars available for the w203.

Are you sure they are Brabus swaybars? Just so you know, Brabus swaybars are greyish/silver w/ red bushings.

im pretty sure that the sway bars from Brabus/AMG are the same.. thats why Brabus would not install them on a C32 AMG here in Germany

Well, from measuring and looking at them, they're not.

Measurment for Brabus Sway Bars = 27mm Front and 23mm Rear, Measurement for AMG C32 Sway Bars = 22 mm front and 16 mm rear

Check out this post from the thread that IDriveFast had when he was selling his Brabus Swaybars. I bought them from him:
