Took a picture of my C32 today since having the RENNtech springs and clear projector lights installed. I never posted a picture of it before and thought it might now be worthy. Definately having fun with it.

Very very cool. I'd say updated the blinkers and you'll be alright for a while.

Yes, I agree. I have the mirror blinkers being installed next week. Or did you mean the corner markers?

I think that is definately in order (color match the corner markers). Thanks for the advise and the very nice compliments.

They are manufactured by Depo and are their W203 series. Cost about $400.00 for the pair. Standard shipping was incredibly fast (3-4) days. I then had the dealer in Scottsdale (they always do fantastic work) install them to be sure they were mounted and aimed correctly. I met with one of their master techs (only one allowed to start up, drive and service the SLR) and he supervised the install. His opinion was the Depo lights appeared to be as good a quality as the original bosch headlights and was a direct fit. Lighting is nice and even from left to right with a nice clean horizontal line as true HID provides. In case anybody is wondering, the fogs are a 9006 series bulb and are the 90 degree socket (not the straight socket). However, I was told either socket should work because of sufficent real estate down there. Time will tell on the Depo housings, but I am optimistic and more than satisfied.

My dealer does not want to mess with any aftermarket stuffs.
How much do they charge you for the install?

The dealership? It gets better. The RENNtech dealer in town (Scottsdale) is called Dyno-comp (they used to be right across the street from each other) and the owner Richard is always picking up or dropping off brand new and older Mercedes models for RENNtech mods and they swear by his teams work. Because of that, they don't refuse Mercedes warranty work even with the RENNtech mods performed by Dyno-comp. My warranty is called Nations Auto (I think) and is owned by Penske, along with the Lexus and Mercedes dealerships. I have been told by Mercedes that their warranties are excellent.
Side note: While there knowing I am a Mercedes nut they told me I just missed a real DTM. Apparently the guy paid 1.1 million for it. It's not the black series. Man, I would have given a lot to see that.

Thank you. You will find them at www.autodynamic.com They have the exact style with black background as opposed to chrome for dark colored W203's. I have seen them on black C32's and they look outstanding.

Thank you. I thought about it, but thought that this represents my version of how the car should have been delivered back in 2002 without getting to far away from the stock version. Not to offend my brothers on this forum, I love some of the wheel choices others have gone with. So I had the wheels refinished (by Mercedes dealer) instead. Very clean, turns heads and is a definate sleeper.

Next time you're in So. Cal., stop by MB of Laguna Niguel. They've had a silver CLK/DTM (#1 of however many, by the way) on the showroom floor for over a year. It is not for sale, yet. It is beyond sweet.
