Need some help on headlights

got these 8000k depots off ebay a week ago, will install them in a couple of weeks.
I have factory xenons with frosty lenses for my 02 C32 and i would like to know what other stuff i need to buy to make this conversion possible. Where can I get an HID kit? How do I install the HID kit? Do I need to dealer to set xenon to present? Any other stuff I need to know?
