Q about res. delete for chicago-ans

Anyone know a reliable place to get this done in the west suburbs area, and will this effect emmision test?

You can got to Chicago Performance and Tuning (gocpt.com). They're in Melrose Park. They will do it properly. No, it will not have any impact on emissions.

I'm thinking about getting it done as well.

What does the resonator-ectomy do to the overall exhaust sound? Deeper, I hope.

Any noticable gains in performance? I figure there would be a little bit just due to the clearer exhaust path.
