Having only owned mine for a week, I have not yet used any of the Houston area MB dealers. I did however get thrown off the Sugar Land lot at midnight one night when I just wanted to look at their pre-owned cars. 
I won't hold it against them though... ;-)
I do plan on using them in my first need for repairs simply due to their location. I'll let you know if it's a good/bad experience, but I'm hoping not to have any reason to see them for a long while. I am glad to know about the guy at A-Rod's dealership too though, as I would be willing to drive further for good service and a free loaner.
