Decided to go with H&R COs-quick question

Actually 2 quick questions.

I have read through many of the threads on coilovers and lowering, etc. and I think-thanks to many of you-that I have a decent idea of how to set it up and what to expect.

My 2 quick questions are:

I am staying with stock 17" rims and cooper zeon 2xs 225/45 and 245/40 f and r respectively. Am I correct in assuming that in general, I should order spring pad #4s to prevent the rears from sitting too low? I will be driving on the street only and am a bit older than you youngins that want the car slammed. I would like enough clearance to put 2 adults in the back without rubbing, but would like to go lower than stock.

What bolts should I order to ensure that the ones that aren't supposed to be reused are in fact not reused? I saw within some of the Carlsson threads that they specifically indicate what bolts to replace. Anyone with H&R COs-did the instructions indicate these bolts?

Thanks!

no spring pads are used with coilovers, except the Bilstein PSS9

all the bolts can be re-used.

Thanks.

I was under the impression that some bolts could be possibly stretched or torqued and were only meant to be used once after being removed.
