Got my LET C32 Pully kit!

I was not expecting this pulley to be so huge. I mean, look at the crank pulley size in comparison to the idler and water pump pullies. It does not weigh much more, if anything, than the stock pulley. At least I could not tell a difference in weight when I held it. Quality is the best I've seen yet.
Thanks Erick, LET the fun begin....

I'll make sure we get a baseline before we install the LET pulley. I won't be able to install it that soon though. I don't have my boost gauge installed yet. It's still sitting in the garage with all the other parts I need to install (pullies, phenolic spacers, magnaflow mufflers, headers, Johnson water pumps, C32 downpipes and rear diff carrier assembly).

I want to upgrade the cooling system before installing the larger crank pulley. Too much boost will only increase IAT and make the DME pull timing.

Too much to mod, too little time.

FYI - The LET pulley weighs ozs more than the stock pulley and almost 3 lbs less than the smaller Renntech pulley.

Are your heads ported? If so, then you are in for a wild ride. If you want a larger pulley later, you can leave the silver part of the pulley on the car and just swap the black part out in about 20 minutes!

I have put over 1200 miles on LET pulley and all is well.

Update: Sorry, I haven't installed these pullies yet. I have other issues to work out on my car before that.

this is with the car pulling some timing on the top end...you can definitely feel the torque...

With the LET pulley is there a way of locking the crank so you can remove/install the pully bolt without removing the radiator to get it with an air gun?

Unfortunatly I don't acess to an air gun at all ........ and with the stock/asp pulleys you can lock the crank with the holes in the pulley and remove it with a normal ratchet .... if there is any way to lock the crank and get the LET pulley on and off at home with a ratchet i would go for it

I installed the crank pulley many times without the air gun. Under neat the tranny, there's two black plastic cap/cover. Remove those covers and you can see the torque convertor. Just find a big flat bar and stick it in there and you will be able to jam the torque convertor. This job would be very easy if you can find another person on top to remove the crank pulley nut/bolt while you down low lock up the torque convertor.

Just one belt.

22 pounds of boost? Good lord that is right at the max for the blower. That thing must be making buckets of heat! But that is a lot of power!
