According to a fourm member his bi-xenon's auto level was fixed after resetting done by the dealer,


First of all i switched from xenon to bi-xenon for my C32

and my ballast died a while ago. so i switched ballast for one headlight.

here's my question.

will i need to go to the dealer to reset because only the side i replaced the ballast does not self-level?

The right side works perfectly.

thats a good question... did you buy DEPO's or OEM bi-xenons? im assuming OEM's but the auto level feature.... i would say just either un hook your batter for about 30Minutes and the ECU will reset... but that might not be a ECU issue either... umm take a look at your other ballast and see if there was anything different that the one you have on now?

Well if i unhook the battery for 30 mins, won't everything in the car be out of sync? for example the windows.

It only takes 2-3 seconds to re-sync the windows and sunroof.

any ideas how to re-sync those? thanks!

It is in the manual but here it is: put each window down, pull and hold each button for about 2-3 seconds. Done. Do the same for the sunroof. This will re-initiate the one-touch up and down.
