Because bigger sway bars exhibit the exact same problem...
Read the ad copy again, then go out an look under your car when the suspension is under load. You will see, as others have, exactly what I explain. On a lowered Mercedes, the sway bar is pulled upward away from its ideal leverage point because the end links are strut mounted, and can not compensate for the longer length needed to keep the bar where it should be.
