Installing Front Left Lower Control Arm...Any Tips?
#2
it is pretty straight forward, unbolt one part, install the other...just make sure of a couple of things:
1. make sure that the bushing was pressed in the right way, i have seen them pressed in with that slotted hole the wrong direction...
2. you might need to hammer the old one out(the end to the right in your picture) as it will probably be compressed in there...
let me know if you have any other questions...

what are the indications that the control arm bushings are bad? I note that close to the limit with almost R tires in a corner that's really bumpy the car seemingly bumpsteers miserably. I believe it is bushing flex moving the tire yeah?

yup, you would be well served in moving to a K-mac setup under these conditions...
