it doesn't look like a W203 COMAND? it seemed to have that SD or some kind of memory slot? maybe its euro spec?

this will not be plug & play on 05+ W203 without significant modifications...
for 2010 E-Class, which looks somewhat similar to the above, has built-in blueooth, HDD navi, linguatronic, in-dash CD changer, etc... which means ur existing modules/components need to come out...

I had a new one...the biggest problem with these is that they don't come with US mapping and most dealerships don't seem to know how to change the mapping...I send one to sunil as I am sure that he will get the mapping sorted out himself.
